TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy - If a consumer or business account intends to cancel an order, we will not charge them anything extra upon receiving an email with the order reference number or PO number before the order dispatch process. Failing to email before the order is dispatched will incur a restocking fee of 25%.

In case the item has already been dispatched, we suggest consumers or business accounts not open the shipment upon its arrival. Within the next 14 days of the package’s arrival, customers may then arrange for the shipment to be returned. You may ensure your item is adequately re-packaged using the original outer packaging, otherwise, a 25% restocking fee may be charged.

Within 14 days of the signed goods by customers, we request the goods remain unused for us to receive them in a resalable condition, including all accessories, packing, etc. To avoid liability for lost goods, you must arrange insurance against the goods while they are in transit. Please also note that you will be required to organize and pay for the delivery return.

Our non-returnable and non-cancellable orders include orders that are shipped directly from manufacturers.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions - In case we agree, at our sole discretion, to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the Goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within fourteen days of delivery, they must be unopened, with the manufacturers' seals intact, and in a resalable condition. Whereas, all non-faulty returns are liable to a 25% to 50% restocking fee, depending on the circumstance, unless incorrectly supplied by Bulk Devices.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged in case customers fail to return incorrectly supplied items in their original condition, including the good’s accessories, manuals, software, and warranties – all should be undamaged. It is requested customers repack the goods in the same way they were delivered.

Faulty Items under Warranty - Please raise an RMA request immediately after you encounter a fault in your purchased item. Following are the terms and conditions to agree to before the RMA request:

  • Quote the order number, purchase date, and serial number of the faulty item.
  • Upon confirming the faulty product’s warranty, one of our engineers will try to resolve your problem over the phone or via remote access.
  • If the problem persists, an RMA Number will be issued and you will need to follow our standard RMA procedure.
  • Once the item has been returned, we will test it and fix the problem.
  • We will send a replacement if the item cannot be repaired. Replaced hardware may be either new or equivalent to new, and have an identical or equivalent specification.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process - In case of any returns, an RMA request should be raised after agreeing on the given terms and conditions:

  • It is mandatory on all the returns of Bulk Devices items regardless of the reason for return.
  • Items should be returned with all the accessories, manuals, software, and warranty claims. There should be no damage to the original packaging.
  • On receiving your RMA number, you will have to repack goods exactly as they were delivered to you, perhaps in the original outer box/package. A restocking fee of 50% will be charged if the original packaging is damaged.
  • To avoid return rejection, do not write directly on the original box/package.
  • To avoid return rejection, clearly mention on the outer box the RMA number.
  • Using a label, accurately and mention Bulk Devices’ full address on the outer package.
  • Once the shipment has been received and tested by our supply chain department, you will receive your exchanged product within 10 days of receipt of the damaged item.
  • Please note that in case of any discrepancies between your PO and the goods received, we must be informed within two days of receipt of the product.

SHIPPING POLICY

What should I do if I don’t receive my order during the UPS’s scheduled time?

We suggest you check the Info/Notice you have received from UPS to learn if they allow a delivery re-attempt. Alternatively, you can try contacting UPS and ask for instructions related to the process. You can also leave a message for the driver on Info/Notice to instruct him how he should deliver the package; leave it at your doorstep or deliver it to a new location. We suggest you visit UPS’ website and enter your Info/Notice number, you will then be able to change the delivery time or return your order to the shipper.

Is it possible for me to pick up my order?

Bulk Devices offers you the convenience to pick up your package. To do so, simply select the “I want to use my shipper” shipment method, then type “will call” in all blank details before clicking update. After this, continue the checkout process as you normally would and wait for us to call you. We will call whenever your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. Therefore, we request you do not visit the office unless notified.

Do we ship internationally?

Absolutely. We are proud to follow a very reliable customer-centric approach, benefitting customers all over the world with our products and services. While Bulk Devices offers international shipment, it does not cover the customs duties and international shipment charges, which will have to be paid by the customer.

Do we ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, indeed. We deliver to APO and FPO addresses. However, orders with such addresses will be shipped by the US postal service only. We have no control over the delivery timings. While the general delivery time for APO and FPO orders is 5-10 working days, your order delivery might take about six to eight weeks.

Will Bulk Devices pay for the shipping of a returned item that is defective or damaged upon arrival?

Unfortunately, Bulk Devices does not pay for the shipping of defective parcels. However, we can accommodate you with mutually agreed upon negotiations. We will gladly replace and ship a new item to you, free of cost if you are willing to pay for the return charges.

Free Standard Shipping

We will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount if a non-defective item that was qualified for free standard shipping is returned for a refund. In case a free standard shipping item is returned by you due to it being defective, we will replace the item and provide you with free one-way ground shipping. However, if you cannot wait longer for the delivery, you will have to pay for the additional cost. In case of Bulk Devices’s inability to find an item’s replacement, please rest assured we will refund your order's complete value.

Shipping times - In all areas of the US, Bulk Devices makes use of UPS, FedEx, and USPS’ delivery services to ship products directly from its warehouses. All mentioned carrier services are our primary delivery partners. Bulk Devices ships most orders within 24 hours after the order placement. Mentioned below is a list of our shipping services with their corresponding cut-off times:

Ground Shipping - In the US ONLY, the transit time is between 3-7 business days, the cut-off time stands at 1 PM Central Time. Depending on your location, Ground orders may be delivered by either UPS or USPS.

Priority Overnight- 1 business day transit time for an order placed in the US ONLY, with the cut-off time at 1 PM Central Time. Depending on the location, we may deliver by UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight service, guaranteeing the delivery by 10:30 AM on the same day.

International Shipping- Cut-off time for all international orders is 1 PM Central Time. We ship international orders using the FedEx International Economy method.

Saturday Delivery- It works for all orders that are placed on Friday, in all states of the US ONLY. The cut-off is noon Central Time, and the orders may be shipped through UPS or FedEx’s Saturday Delivery method.

What is the Cut-off time?- Cut-off time mentions the time your order will be processed after order placement. If your order is placed before 1 PM Central Time, it will be processed on the same day, whereas if your order is placed after 1 PM Central Time, it will be processed on the following business day.
