Faulty goods within the warranty period - All our IT equipment is supplied with a warranty depending on the type of product, refurbished products usually have a warranty of one month and new products have a warranty for a year. If you find a fault with your goods within this timescale, let us know immediately and we’ll either fix the problem or send out a replacement.

Wrong, Missing, or Faulty Item/s - If the delivered product does not match your order, is faulty, or has a missing part, then you must submit a complaint within 72 hours following the date of delivery. Please attach clear pictures of the product as evidence of the type of error being faced.

Note: If the error is from our end, we will bear the shipping charges.

Delivered to the wrong address - If your products are delivered to the wrong address, please inform us as soon as possible and we will send out replacements to the correct address immediately and arrange collection from the incorrect address.

Cancellation - If you notify us of cancellation before we send the product, then we will refund your amount with no extra charge. If we miss your cancellation and still deliver the goods, we will arrange to collect them free of charge. If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you may be charged a restocking fee of 50%.

Note: Customer has to bear shipping charges if the cancellation of order is requested after receiving the product.

How do I return goods? - You must return the entire contents of the product. For open retail and retail sealed items, this includes the manufacturers’ boxes, cables, manuals, etc. For refurbished and new bulk, ensure the contents are packaged securely. The product must be packaged correctly otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to us and we can’t be liable for this damage. Contact the Returns Team to organize the delivery or collection of your goods.

What if I want to return goods that are not faulty but have been opened? - Full refund may be provided which will be decided on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Bulk devices restocking

The fee of 50% will be charged depending on the case.

Product ordered wrongly - If the product is ordered wrongly, the customer should proceed for cancellation right away or there will be a 50% restocking fee.

Note: Customer has to bear shipping charges if the cancellation of order is requested after receiving the product for the wrongly placed order.

Courier Incidents - If the product is damaged by the courier Bulk Devices will not be responsible for the damage/s.
